Within the project for the construction of the flue gas desulphurization plant (FGD) related to the 150 MW coal-fired power group at Paroșeni Power Plant, PIPESUPPORT CONSULT provided complete engineering services for the pipeline systems. The activities included three-dimensional modeling of pipeline systems using Cadworx Plant software, stress analysis and optimization of the geometry of all pipeline systems and related support structures with the help of CAESAR II software, as well as the development of execution and assembly documentation for pipeline systems and their supports, made in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Advance Steel and Graitec Advance Design. Also, the technical specifications necessary for the procurement of the pipe elements and the assembly instructions were developed, ensuring the technical compliance and proper integration of the installations into the entire FGD system.
