The project aimed to increase the operational integrity and safety of pipeline systems through detailed analysis of operational data, vibration monitoring and implementation of effective vibration mitigation strategies.
The approach began with an in-depth evaluation of operating parameters and vibration measurements, thus identifying critical areas of mechanical stress within the piping system. Using Caesar II stress analysis software, the PIPESUPPORT CONSULT team optimized the pipe support systems, reducing mechanical stress. The results of the analysis informed the development of dedicated vibration mitigation solutions, including the selection and installation of vibration dampers.
Detailed technical documentation was developed for these solutions, covering both the execution phase and the installation process of the attenuation devices.
